Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of Chaiqin Sijunzi Decoction on intestinal flora in patients after cholecystectomy. Methods A total of 40 patients with cholecystolithiasis who underwent cholecystectomy in Tianjin Nankai Hospital from October 2017 to September 2019 were selected, and they were randomly divided into the control group of 19 cases and the Chaiqin Sijunzi Decoction group of 21 cases by random number table method. The Chaiqin Sijunzi Decoction group started to take Chaiqin Sijunzi Decoction orally on the 1st day after operation, one dose a day, which divided into morning and evening, for 14 days. The feces of the patients were collected on the 1st day before and 14th day after cholecystectomy respectively, and the intestinal flora was sequenced by 16S rDNA Amplicon Sequencing. Results Comparing the Chaiqin Sijunzi Decoction group with the control group, there were no significant differences in ACE, Chao1, Shannon and Simpson indexes on the 1st day before surgery (P >0.05). There were no significant differences in ACE, Chao1 indexes (P >0.05), the Shannon and Simpson index decreased (P =0.001, P =0.002) on the 14th day after surgery.Compared with the control group, collinsella-aerofaciens (P =0.001), Dorea_longicatena (P =0.015), Blautia_obeum (P =0.001) and Christensenellaceae (P =0.017) in the Chaiqin Sijunzi Decoction group all decreased.Meanwhile, Acidaminococcaceae increased (P =0.033), Unidentified_Ruminococcaceae and Subdoligranulum decreased (P =0.016, P =0.010) on the 14th day after surgery. Conclusion Chaiqin Sijunzi Decoction can regulate some flora in Actinobacteria and Firmicutes after cholecystectomy, as well as regulate intestinal flora.
