Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Postoperative Fatigue Syndrome with the Method of Jiangzhuoshengqing

Abstract:
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Jiangzhuoshengqing particles and acupuncture in the treatment of postoperative fatigue syndrome. Methods 75 patients with postoperative fatigue syndrome were randomly divided into three groups: Traditional Chinese medicine group, acupuncture group and control group. From the 3rd day after operation to the 7th day after operation, the intervention treatment lasted for 5 days. The traditional Chinese medicine group began to take Jiangzhuoshengqing particles and routine treatment on the 3rd day after operation, the acupuncture group began acupuncture treatment and routine treatment on the 3rd day after operation, and the control group only routine treatment. The degree of fatigue was evaluated according to serological indexes and psychological scales before operation, 3 days and 7 days after operation so as to evaluate the efficacy of Jiangzhuoshengqing particles and acupuncture in postoperative fatigue syndrome. Results The scores of VAS scale and ICFS scale in the traditional Chinese medicine group and acupuncture group were lower than those in the control group (P< 0.05). The values of PA, Tf, CRP and SOD in the traditional Chinese medicine group and acupuncture group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05) and the values of CRP in the traditional Chinese medicine group and acupuncture group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The above differences were not found between the traditional Chinese medicine group and the acupuncture group. Conclusion The method of Jiangzhuoshengqing can effectively alleviate postoperative fatigue syndrome.
