Abstract:
Objective To explore the risk factors of liver metastasis after radical resection in patients with stage Ⅱ colorectal cancer, and to construct a nomogram risk prediction model. Methods 156 patients with colorectal cancer who underwent radical resection in our hospital from January 2017 to July 2018 were selected. The clinical data were collected. According to the occurrence of liver metastasis during the follow-up period, they were divided into no liver metastasis group (n = 97) and liver metastasis group (n = 59). Univariate and multivariate logistic regression were used to analyze the independent risk factors of postoperative liver metastasis in patients with colorectal cancer, and a nomogram prediction model was constructed. Results Among 156 patients with colorectal cancer, 59 patients had liver metastasis. The 3-year survival rate without liver metastasis was 62.18% (97/156).
