Clinical Study of Kubai Liquid Fumigation and Washing on Wound Healing after Operation of Low-position Simple Anal Fistula

Abstract:
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Kubai liquid fumigation and washing on wound healing after operation of low-position simple anal .stula. Methods A total of 192 patients with simple low anal fistula undergoing surgical resection were selected in our hospital and divided into study group (n=96) and control group (n=96) according to a random number table. The control group was given 1:5000 potassium permanganate (PP powder) solution for sitz bath treatment, and the study group was given Kubai solution fumigation and washing treatment. The wound area, wound longitudinal diameter, wound secretion score, wound granulation score, wound edema score, wound pain score, wound healing rate, wound bacterial detection results and the clinical efficacy on the 1st day, the 7th day, the 14th day and the 21st day after operation of the two groups were evaluated. One month after surgery, the clinical efficacy, levels of serum inflammatory factors, expression levels of serum miR-495 and miR-181c-5p before and after treatment of the two groups were evaluated. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the study group was 85.42%, which was higher than that of the control group 69.79% (P< 0.05). As the treatment period was extended, the wound area, wound longitudinal diameter and wound scores of the two groups decreased (P< 0.05). In the control group, the wound area, wound longitudinal diameter, wound secretion, wound granulation, double-sided edema, wound pain score of the study group were lower than those of the control group on the 7th, 14th and 21st day after operation (P<0.05). The wound healing rate of the two groups gradually increased with the extension of the treatment period, and the wound healing rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Comparison of the bacterial detection results on the 7th day after operation between the two groups, the detection rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group, which the difference was statistically signi.cant (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of serum in.ammatory factors, serum miR-155 and miR-195 expression levels were lower than those before treatment, and the study group was lower than the control group, which the difference was statistically signi.cant (P<0.05). Conclusion Kubai liquid fumigation promotes postoperative wound healing in patients with low-position simple anal .stula, and the clinical effect is signi.cant.
