Observation on the Effect of Shengji Zhitong Fumigating Lotion on Postoperative Pain of Perianal Abscess

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Shengji Zhitong Fumigant Lotion on postoperative pain of perianal abscess. Methods From April 2021 to October 2021, 72 cases of anal abscess surgery in the first and second departments of Urumqi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomized controlled trial analyzed and selected. According to random numeral table, the patients were divided into experimental group and control group, which 36 cases in each group. The experimental group was fumigated with Shengji Zhitong Fumigant and the control group was fumigated with potassium permanganate. The pain scores on the 3rd, 5th and 7th postoperative days, pain disappearance and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant differences in pain scores between the experimental group and the control group (P>0.05) on the 3rd and 5th postoperative day and hospital day. The pain scores of experimental group on the 7th postoperative day and pain disappearance time were significantly better than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Shengji Zhitong Fumigating Lotion can effectively relieve the pain on the 7th day and shorten the pain time after operation.
