Effect of Liushen Pill Thread Hanging on Clinical Efficacy and Anorectal Function of High Simple Anal Fistula

Abstract:
Objective To compare the effects of Liushen Pill thread hanging therapy and rubber band thread hanging therapy on the clinical efficacy, anorectal pressure and anal sphincter function of patients with high simple anal fistula. Methods 78 patients with high simple anal fistula were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Both groups received low fistula incision and high thread hanging operation, while the control group was treated with traditional rubber band thread hanging treatment, and the observation group was treated with Liushen Pill thread hanging treatment. The main symptoms (pain, swelling, exudation) and wound healing time of the two groups were compared, and the clinical curative effect was evaluated. The anorectal pressure and anal sphincter function of the two groups were compared before and after treatment, and the adverse reactions of the two groups were evaluated. Results The postoperative wound healing time in the observation group was (19.63±2.43) d, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (25.49±3.09) d (P<0.05). The scores of pain, swelling and exudation 14 days after operation in the observation group were (1.54±0.51), (0.92 ±0 . 28 ) and ( 0 . 89 ±0 . 31 ) respectively, which were lower than those in the control group (3.22 ±0.67), (1.43 ±0 . 50 ) and ( 1 . 38 ±0.49) (P< 0 . 05 ).
