Abstract:
Objective To study the active components, target genes and mechanism of Evodia rutaecarpa against colorectal cancer based on network pharmacology. Methods The active components, potential targets and colorectal cancer-related targets of Evodia rutaecarpa were retrieved by TCMSP and GeneCards database. The potential targets of Evodia rutaecarpa in the treatment of colorectal cancer were analyzed by R language (R 3.6.3) and the key targets were analyzed by PPI analysis , GO and KEGG enrichment analysis. Results 162 potential targets of Evodia rutaecarpa in the treatment of colorectal cancer were obtained based on the study of network pharmacology. Bioinformatics analysis showed that Evodia rutaecarpa exerts its anti-colorectal cancer effect through PI3K-Akt signaling pathway, AGE-RAGE signaling pathway, MAPK signaling pathway, proteoglycans in cancer, cellular senescence, TNF signaling pathway, relaxin signaling pathway, apoptosis, HIF-1 signaling pathway, estrogen signaling pathway, platinum drug resistance, EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor resistance, P53 signaling pathway and et al. Conclusion Evodia rutaecarpa can treat colorectal cancer through multi-target and multi-pathway, which provides a basis for the study of molecular mechanism and clinical application of Evodia rutaecarpa.
