Abstract:
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Jintiange(金天格 ) Capsule assisted ankle arthroscopy in the treatment of lateral ankle instability (LIA) and its influence on joint fluid. Methods 40 LIA patients who received treatment in hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 were included in the experimental study. The imaging measurement results, ankle joint function, ankle pain, lower limb function, lower limb motor score and joint fluid index were compared and analyzed by retrospective analysis. Results The results of image measurement: the postoperative talar tilt angle and talus forward movement were lower than those before operation (P<0.05). Ankle function: the scores of postoperative pain, function and force line were significantly higher than those before operation (P<0.05). Condition of ankle joint and knee joint: the VAS and Tegner scores of postoperative pain were significantly lower than those before operation, and Karlsson-Peterson ankle was also significantly
