Treating Pelvic Rectal Space Abscess with Combination of Dotted and Solid Thread-ligating Therapy

Abstract:
Objective To compare the clinical observation of the treatment of pelvic and rectum abscess by the combination of virtual and real suture method andtraditional suture method. Methods By retrospective analysis, 36 patients with pelvic and rectal space abscess who met the inclusion criteria were divided into the treatment group and the control group (18 cases in each group). The treatment group was treated with the combination of deficiency and deficiency with line hanging method, while the control group was treated with the traditional line hanging method. The degree of postoperative wound pain, Wexner score of anal function, wound healing time, total clinical effective rate, recurrence rate and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results On the 1st, 7th, 14th and 21st day after surgery, the wound pain degree of the treatment group was (2.39±0.50a), (1.61±0.50a), (0.78±0.73a), (0.28±0.46a) were lower than those in the control group (2.72±0.46), (2.17±0.51), (1.44±0.51), (0.67±0.49); The Wexner score of anal function in the treatment group (1.28±0.46a) was significantly lower than that in the control group (1.78±0.65) when the wound healed completely. The wound healing time of the treatment group was (23.83±1.72a) days, which was significantly shorter than that of the control group (26.39±2.25) days, and the statistical difference was significant (P <0.05). In the treatment group, 17 cases were cured and 1 case showed remarkable effect, the cure rate was 94%. In the control group, 15 cases were cured, 2 cases were significantly effective, and 1 case was effective, with a cure rate of 83%. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P >0.05). There was no recurrence in the treatment group and 1 case in the control group. Conclusion Compared with the traditional treatment of high perianal abscess, the combination of virtual and solid suture can effectively protect the function of anal sphincter, with incomplete disconnection of the anal ring, less pain and less tissue damage. Effectively avoid the occurrence of anal partial dysfunction, other complications and sequela.
