Abstract:
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Yinhuang lotion in the treatment of lower extremity thrombophlebitis. Methods 62 patients diagnosed as lower extremity thrombophlebitis were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 31 cases each. The control group applied magnesium sulfate wet compress on the basis of routine treatment and the observation group applied Yinhuang lotion wet compress on the basis of routine treatment. The course of treatment was 10 days. Symptom scores (skin color, limb swelling, nodule and pain scores), changes in related laboratory indicators (hypersensitive C-reactive protein and fibrinogen) and total effective rate were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 90.32%, which is higher than that in the control group (64.52%, P<0.05). Compared with before treatment, symptoms and signs scores of the two groups were significantly improved, and hypersensitive C-reactive protein and fibrinogen were significantly reduced (P<0.05). The improvement of symptoms and signs and reduction of inflammatory response in the observation group were more significant than those in the control group (P<0.05), and there was no statistically significant difference in fibrinogen values between the two groups after treatment (P>0.05). Conclusion The treatment of lower extremity thrombophlebitis by Yinhuang lotion can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the inflammatory response, which can significantly improve the clinical efficacy.
