The total effective rate of the treatment group is 88.9%, which is better than that of the control group of 75%. There was a difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Yinchen Lidan Decoction combined with PTCD can not only promote bile excretion and restore liver function, but also improve patients’anorexia and fatigue.
