Observation on the Clinical Effect of Jiedu Dingtong Decoction in Preventing Radiotherapy Burst Pain of Bone Metastases

Abstract:
Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of Jiedu Dingtong Recipe in preventing radiotherapy burst pain of bone metastases. Methods A total of 120 patients with bone metastases from malignant tumors admitted to Cangzhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine of Hebei Province from August 2019 to September 2020 were selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to the random number table method. The control group was received conventional drug treatment, and the experimental group was taken Jiedu Dingtong Recipe on this basis. The two groups were compared before treatment, 1 week of treatment, 2 weeks of treatment, 3 weeks of treatment, 4 weeks of treatment, 1 week after treatment and 2 weeks after treatment were periods of time. The QOL-C30 score, pain score, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), interleukin-8 water (IL-8) levels and adverse reactions at the above periods of time were analyzed. Results Before treatment, there was no difference in CRP, IL-8, pain score and QOL-C30 score between the two groups of patients (Pall>0.05). From 1 week to 2 weeks after treatment, the CRP levels of the two groups showed a gradual decrease trend in the group, and the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant (Pall<0.05). From 2 weeks to 2 weeks after treatment, the CRP, IL-8, pain score and QOL-C30 scores of the two groups showed a gradual improvement trend, and the comparison between the groups was statistically significant (Pall<0.05). One month after treatment, the CRP, IL-8, pain score and QOL-C30 scores of the two groups showed a gradual improvement trend, but they were better than those before treatment. The treatment for 1 week, treatment for 2 weeks, treatment for 3 weeks, and treatment for 4 weeks were the periods of time. The comparison between groups of the above periods of time were statistically signi?cant (Pall<0.05). The effective rate of pain relief in the experimental group was 96.67%, and the effective rate of TCM symptom treatment was 90.0%, which was better than 78.33% and 73.33% in the control group (Pall<0.05). Conclusion Jiedu Dingtong Decoction can effectively reduce the levels of CRP and IL-8 in patients with bone metastases, improve the ef?cacy of radiation burst pain and improve the quality of life of patients.
