Abstract:
Objective To investigate the curative effect of Shenling Baizhu Powder and Sishen Pill combined with chemotherapy for radical resection of colorectal cancer. Methods By random sampling method, 100 patients in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2019 were divided into control group and colorectal cancer radical group. They were given chemotherapy after surgery, Shenling Baizhu Powder and Sishen Pill combined with chemotherapy treatment respectively. The curative effect of the patients in the near future, TCM syndrome score, tumor markers, immune function index levels and adverse phenomenon were compared. Results There were no significant differences in tumor markers and immune function indexes between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). After treatment, CEA level of tumor markers in the study group was lower than that in the control group. The CD8+ and CD4+ were lower than those in the control group, while CD4+ was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The short-term efficacy evaluation of the study group was 48 (96.00%), which was higher than that of the control group 32 (64.00%) and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Adverse reaction of patients in the study group 2 (4.00%) was less than that in the control group 12 (24.00%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The nausea and vomiting of TCM symptom scores (0.24±0.15), abdominal pain and abdominal distension (0.21 ± 0.15), tired weak (0.20 ±0.10), knee pain and waist acid (0.19 ± 0.08), cold and cold limbs (0.17 ± 0.11) were lower than those of the control group, which the nausea and vomiting of TCM symptom scores (1.20±0.49), abdominal pain and abdominal distension (0.98±0.67), tired weak (1.00±0.65), knee pain and waist acid (0.88±0.62), cold and cold limbs (0.87±0.60). The differences are statistically significant (t=2.331, 2.002, 1.985, 1.672, 1.354; P<0.05). Conclusion For patients undergoing radical resection of colorectal cancer, Shenling Baizhu Powder and Sishen Pill combined with chemotherapy after surgery can effectively reduce the toxic and side effects of chemotherapy, improve immune function. They are safe and reliable, which have ideal short-term ef?cacy. This
