Effect of Qianlie Shutong Capsule Combined with Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Capsule on the Level of Inflammatory Factors in Patients after TURP

Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Qianlie Shutong capsule and Tamsulosin hydrochloride capsule in the treatment of patients with transurethral resection of the prostate prostatitis. Methods Sixty patients with prostatitis after TURP were admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to October 2019. The patients were divided into two groups by random number table.The control group was treated with Tamsulosin hydrochloride capsule and the observation group was treated with Tamsulosin hydrochloride capsule+Qianlie Shutong capsule.The symptoms, the improvement of inflammatory reaction, the total effect and the occurrence of adverse reactions were observed. Results The NIH-CPSI score, pain, quality of life score and total score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(t=4.518, 10.527, 14.889, 12.510, all P<0.001). The levels of IL-6, IL-8, IL-10 and TNF-αin the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(t=3.798, 10.634, 7.686, 8.137, all P<0.001). The levels of serum PSA, NGF and TGF-β in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(t=10.318, 7.849, 14.957, all P<0.001). The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (70.00%)(χ2=5.455，P<0.05). The total incidence of Adr in the observation group and the control group were 3.33% and 6.67% respectively(χ2=0.351, P>0.05). Conclusion Tamsulosin hydrochloride capsules and Qianlie Shutong capsules were used in the clinical treatment of patients with prostatitis after TURP, which can obviously improve the symptom, control the inflammatory reaction, lower the level of serum PSA, NGF and TGF-β, and get more ideal clinical curative effect.
