Abstract:
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Jiawei Wuling Powder combined with soline succinate in the treatment of diabetic neurogenic bladder (DNB) with blood stasis and water stagnation. Methods 80 cases of patients with blood stasis and water stop type DNB from September 2019 to September 2020 in outpatient and inpatient department of urology department in the affiliated hospital of Shaanxi university of Traditional Chinese Medicine were collected. They were divided into control group and treatment group randomly. There were 2 groups, 40 cases were selected for observation in each group, and the blood glucose was strictly regulated in both groups. The control group was given 5 mg (po. qd) of solinasine succinate tablets, and the treatment group was given Jiawei Wuling Powder to this medication regimen. 4 weeks were set as a treatment course. After 2 consecutive courses of treatment, the scores of Chinese medical syndromes, residual urine volume, urodynamic related indicators and changes in blood glucose were evaluated to identify its efficacy. Results In this clinical observation, a total of 80 observation cases were completed in the 2 groups of patients, and there were no cases of shedding. After reaching the treatment course, the total effective rate of the control group was 55.0%, and the total effective rate of the treatment group was 77.5%. By comparing the clinical effective rate, it was found that the treatment group had better effects and the difference were statistically significant (P<0.05). Among them, after comparing the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups of patients, it was found that both of them were signi?cantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05). The scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05), and the difference were statistically signi?cant. Urodynamic indexes and bladder residual urine volume were improved compared with those before (P<0.05). The treatment group improved more signi?cantly than that of the control group, which the difference was statistically signi?cant (P<0.05). The blood glucose status of the two (including fasting blood glucose (FPG), 2-hour postprandial blood glucose (2hPG) and glycosylated hemoglobin (GHbA1) had no signi?cant changes compared with the previous ones, which were not statistically signi?cant (P>0.05). Conclusion Jiawei Wuling Powder combined with sorinsine succinate can alleviate the symptoms of neurogenic bladder of diabetes with blood stasis and water stagnation.
