Clinical Observation of Qibai Yuyang Oil Combined with Alprostadil Injection in the Treatment of Lower Extremity Arteriosclerosis with Gangrene

Abstract:
Objective To observe the curative effect of Qibai Yuyang oil combined with Alprostadil injection on the wound of gangrene of arteriosclerosis. Methods Forty patients with stage III gangrene of lower extremity arteriosclerosis were randomly divided into treatment group (n=20) and control group (n=20) . On the basis of basic treatment, the control group was given compound Arnebiaeuchroma gauze, and the treatment group was given Qibai Yuyang gauze for 28 days. The total clinical efficiency was observed. Results The total effective rate was 90% in the treatment group and 75% in the control group (P<0.05) . Compared with the pretreatment group, the wound area was reduced, the ankle-brachial index was increased, the scores of pain, exudate and granulation tissue were decreased (P<0.05). Compared with the pre-treatment, there was no significant change in the osmotic score of the control group after treatment, and the other observation indexes were significantly improved. After treatment, all the indexes (except pain score and ankle-brachial index) in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Qibai Yuyang oil combined with Alprostadil injection has obvious curative effect on the wound of grade 1-2 in Stage III of arteriosclerosis obliterans of lower limbs.
