Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Diabetic Foot Ulcer by Ozonation Water Combined with Yinhuang Lotion

Abstract:
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of ozone water combined with Yinhuang lotion on diabetic foot ulcer. Methods 60 cases of diabetic foot ulcer (exuberant damp-heat toxin) patients were randomly divided into two groups, each 30 cases. Two groups of foundation treatment are the same. The ozone water treatment group was used in combination with Yinhuang lotion externally applies and the control group was applied silver yellow lotion externally. The overall efficacy of two groups after 30 d, integral, inflammatory factors and the size of the wound were compared. Results Comparison between the treatment group and the control group showed that the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3% and the total effective rate of the control group was 73.3%. The treatment group was superior to the control group in the aspects of wound score, inflammatory indicators (white blood cell count, hypersensitive C-reactive protein value) and ulcer area (P<0.05), with statistically significant differences. In addition, both the treatment group and the control group could significantly improve diabetic foot condition. Conclusion Ozone water combined with Yinhuang lotion has a good clinical effect on diabetic foot ulcer.
