Abstract:
Objective To predict the mechanism of YinchenChixiaodou decoction(YCCXD) in the treatment of deep venous thrombosis(DVT) by using the method of network pharmacology. Methods The targets of DVT were screened out byretrievingGeneCards, OMIM and other databases. The Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology database and the analysis platform were used to excavate the active components of YCCXD and predict their targets. Cytoscape was used to construct the“component-target-pathway-disease”network for the treatment of DVT. The protein-protein interaction network was constructed by STRING database, and the enrichment analysis of biological function annotation and pathways of the key targets were carried out. Results Two hundred and thirty-three active components of YCCXD may treat DVT by acting on 119 targets which involving 162 pathways. Conclusion The effective components of YCCXD may treat DVT by inhibiting the AGE-RAGE, IL-17, TNF signaling pathway.
