Abstract:
Objective To systematically evaluate the efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of thrombo-occlusive vasculitis. Methods The CNKI, WanFang and VIP databases were searched by computer to find randomized controlled trials (RCTs) on the treatment of thrombo-occlusive vasculitis with traditional Chinese and western medicine. Two searchers independently screened the literature according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, extracted the data, evaluated the methodological quality of the included studies and performed a Meta analysis using the Review Manger 5.3 analysis software. Results 11 randomized controlled trials of thrombo-occlusive vasculitis were finally included, with a total of 928 cases included. There were 10 trials included in the literature for effective rate analysis, and the results show: OR=4.16, 95% CI (2.61, 6.63). The effective rate of the experimental group with thromboangiitis obliterans is better than that of the control group (Z=5.99, P<0.001). The funnel chart shows that there is no publication bias. Conclusion The experimental group of TCM and western medicine for the treatment of thromboocclusive vasculitis is better than that of the control group, which deserves more in-depth research and summary.
