Exploration Study on the Constitution of Medical Personnel that Fight Against NCP in Tianjin Area

Abstract:
Objective Study on the characteristics of TCM constitution differentiation of doctors, nurses and technicians in the treatment of NCP in Tianjin area. Methods Special TCM doctors in designated Haihe hospital in Tianjin during NCP epidemic, according to the requirements of hospital infection protection were met face to face with researchers. 60 medical staff of Haihe hospital in Tianjin from February 2020 to March 2020 were selected to treat NCP, after 14 days of work and 7 days after leaving the red area. They were all centralized isolation and rested in a hotel in Tianjin. TCM constitution differentiation was carried out for medical staff as well as four diagnosis combined with reference, clinical manifestations and complications were implemented. Results 60 cases of TCM constitution differentiation are all biased constitution (100%), gentle quality 0 cases (0%). Among them, deficiency of yin quality 51 cases (85%)>qi depression quality 39 cases (65%)>deficiency of yang quality 37 cases (61.7%)>deficiency of vital energy 36 cases (60%)>damp-heat 10 cases (16.7%)>deficiency of blood 9 cases (15%), blood-stasis 9 cases (15%)>phlegm-dampness 4 cases (6.7%)>special constitution 1 case (1.7%)>gentle quality 0 case (0%), deficiency of yin quality 51 cases are the main constitution type. Working in the red area has an impact on the medical staff ' s constitution of traditional Chinese medicine.
