Abstract:
Objective To study the relationship between related factors and prognosis of acute superior mesenteric artery embolism. Methods 85 patients with acute superior mesenteric artery embolism in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2019 were selected, and the clinical data of 85 patients with acute superior mesenteric artery embolism were retrospectively analyzed. Results 46 cases were cured, accounting for 54.1%, 36 cases died, accounting for 45.9%. In the death group, the proportion of patients with course of disease>6 h, peritonitis, main artery embolism, thrombolysis without catheter reservation, and no operation was higher than that in the cure group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in age, gender and the proportion of complications between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Acute superior mesenteric artery embolism is mainly in elderly patients with poor prognosis. For surgical abdominal pain with cardiovascular disease, when the symptoms and signs are not consistent, we need to highly suspect mesenteric vascular disease and attach great importance to abdominal enhanced CT examination. Interventional thrombolysis and surgical treatment were effective.
