Abstract:
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Pueraria ointment in the treatment of anal fissure healing in stageⅡ. Methods A total of 110 patients with Stage Ⅱanal fissure were collected and randomly divided into two groups: control group and observation group, 55 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Muskhemorrhoids ointment and the observation group was treated with Pueraria ointment. The wound secretion, pain degree and wound healing time of the two groups were observed before and after treatment. Results The overall effective rate of the observation group was 95%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group 87% ( P< 0.01). The wound secretion score of the observation group after treatment was (0.09±0.02), which was significantly lower than those of the control group (0.73±0.781, P<0.01). The pain score after treatment in the test group (1.05±1.39), which was significantly lower than those of the control group (2.22±2.043, P<0.01). The wound healing time was shortened, which are (10.22±2.28) d in the observation group and (14.18 ±2.59) d in the control group (P<0.01). All the above are statistically different and the observation group was superior to the control group. Conclusion Pueraria ointment can reduce the secretion of wound, reduce the degree of pain and shorten the time of wound healing.
