Clinical Study of Microwave Surgery Combined with Yiqi Tongmai Method in the Treatment of Varicose Veins of Lower Limbs

Abstract:
Objective To observe the clinical effect of microwave surgery combined with Yiqi Tongmai method in the treatment of varicose veins of lower limbs. Methods from January 2017 to March 2019, 102 hospitalized patients with 116 varicose limbs in general surgery department of Zhoukou Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine were selected. 47 cases in the control group were treated with high ligation of great saphenous vein combined with microwave surgery, and 55 cases in the observation group were treated with Yiqi Tongmai method on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effect and clinical symptom recovery of the two groups were compared. Results The disappearance time of varicose vein, pigmentation, swelling and ulcer healing in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.2%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (84.1%) (P < 0.05). Conclusion Microwave surgery combined with Yiqi Tongmai method in the treatment of varicose veins of lower limbs has a definite clinical effect, which is worthy of promotion.
