Clinical Effect of Vacuum Sealing Drainage Combined with YinHuang Lotion in the Treatment of Venous Ulcer of Lower Extremity

Abstract:
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of vacuum sealing drainage combined with yinhuang lotion in the treatment of venous ulcer of lower limbs. Methods Fifty-two patients with venous ulcer of lower extremity were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group, each with 26 cases.The control group was given vacuum sealing drainage combined with normal saline rinsing treatment and the treatment group was given vacuum sealing drainage combined with yinhuang lotion rinsing treatment, which with a course of 28 days. The changes of wound area and state score (odor, granulation morphology and pain score) and related inflammatory indicators (white blood cell count and hypersensitive C-reactive protein value) were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rates of treatment group and control group were 88.46% and 61.54% respectively (P<0.05). In the treatment group and the control group, the wound area and condition were significantly improved. Compared with before treatment data, the white blood cell count and the value of hypersensitive c-reactive protein were significantly decreased after treatment (P<0.05). The treatment group were more significant than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Vacuum sealing drainage combined with yinhuang lotion can effectively promote the growth of granulation tissue, improve the wound state, reduce the inflammatory response and significantly improve the wound healing rate in the treatment of venous ulcer of lower extremity.
