Systematic Review and Meta-analysis of the Efficacy of Bi-antiplatelet Contrasted with Antiplatelet Monotherapy in the Treatment of Lower Extremity Arteriosclerosis Obliterans

Abstract:
Objective To compare the clinical effect of double antiplatelet control mAb in the treatment of arteriosclerosis obliterans of lower extremity. Methods The Chinese and English databases of PubMed,EMBASE, the Cochrane Library, CNKI, Wanfang Data, CBM and VIP were searched by computer, and the clinical randomized controlled trials of double antiplatelet control mAb in the treatment of lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans were collected. According to Cochrane bias risk assessment, the quality of the literaturwas analyzed and Revman 5.3 software was used for data analysis. Results The total effective rate of double antibody was significantly better than that of the single antibody [OR=3.62(1.85, 7.11), I2=0%, P <0.01] and the ankle brachial index increased better than that of the single antibody [SMD=0.44(0.22, 0.67), I2=0%, P <0.01],which the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Double anti-body control monoclonal antibody has obvious advantage in the total clinical effective rate of the treatment of arteriosclerosis obliterans of the lower extremities. The above conclusions need to be verified by more high-quality central large sample randomized controlled trials.
