Abstract:
Objective To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with parenteral nutrition in the treatment of small intestinal obstruction. Methods 108 cases were randomly divided into two groups, 54 cases in each group. The control group was given basic surgical treatment combined with parenteral nutrition support, and the study group was given basic surgical treatment plus TCM external treatment combined with parenteral nutrition. Whether the signi?cant difference between the two groups in total effective rate and operation conversion rate were observed. Results In the control group, 28 cases were cured, 9 cases were improved and 17 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate of the control group was 68.52%. The total effective rate of the study group was 90.74%. The difference between the two groups was statistically signi?cant (P < 0.05). There were 12 cases in the control group and the conversive operation rate was 22.22%. Meanwhile, 4 cases in the study group and the operation rate was 7.41%. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Liqi Gongxia method combined with parenteral nutrition is more signi?cant.
