Curative Effect of the Combination of Kangfuxin Liquid and Gene Time on Pressure Ulcer Following Stroke

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the curative effect of Kangfuxin liquid combined with Gene Time on treating post-stroke bedsore. Methods According to sequential random block grouping, 50 in-patients with pressure ulcer secondary to stroke in the department of neurology in January 2017 to September 2018 were grouped into investigation group and control group, which 25 cases respectively in each group with comparable data. All in-patients were treated with routine medical therapy, and externally applied GeneTime spray to pressure ulcer following disinfection. On this basis, for investigation group, patients were added external application of Kangfuxin liquid to pressure ulcer. Results Respectively for all pressure ulcer and for stage II and Ⅲ pressure ulcer, there was a significance difference between investigation group and control group (P < 0.05), which calculated by Mann-Whitney U test for ranked data and chi-square test for total effective rate through SPSS 20.0 software. Conclusion Kangfuxin liquid is able to boost the curative effect of Gene Time on pressure ulcer secondary to stroke. Its therapeutic principles of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis were added to the treatment of recombinant human epidermis growth factor, which can recover pressure ulcer. Thus, it provides a therapy and an idea for refractory pressure ulcer.
