Abstract:
Objective To observe the efficacy of Yinhuang lotion infusion combined with intermittent negative pressure suction in the treatment of diabetic foot diseases. Methods There were 56 patients with diabetic foot syndrome of damp-heat intoxication. They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, which with 28 cases each. The treatment group was treated with Yinhuang lotion perfusion combined with intermittent negative pressure suction therapy, while the control group was treated with sterile physiological saline perfusion combined with intermittent negative pressure suction therapy. The course of treatment was 5 days. The changes of the wound surface (the coverage rate of the new granulation tissue) and the laboratory indexes (WBC and hs-CRP) were observed. Results The coverage rate of new granulation tissue in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). WBC and hs-CRP in the treatment group and the control group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Yinhuang lotion infusion combined with intermittent negative pressure suction for the treatment of diabetic foot disease with dampness-heat intoxication syndrome has obvious curative effect. It can significantly improve the condition of wound infection and the effect is better than that of sterile physiological saline infusion combined with intermittent negative pressure suction.
