Medication Rules of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Thromboangiitis Obliterans Based on Data Mining

Abstract:
Objective Based on the platform of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance, the prescription law of Chinese medicine for the treatment of thromboangiitis obliterans in CNKI database was mined to provide clinical reference for the treatment of thromboangiitis obliterans with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods Search the CNKI database for 30 years of literature on TCM for thromboocclusive vasculitis. Utilize the integrated data analysis method of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform (V2.5) to discover the rules of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of thromboocclusive vasculitis. Results A total of 410 literatures were screened out through data mining, with 600 prescriptions meeting the conditions, which involving 233 Chinese medicines. There are 33 kinds of drugs that appear with the frequency of ≥ 60 in the prescription and 28 core combinations were obtained by evolution and 14 new prescriptions were summarized finally. The drugs are directed to the liver, heart and spleen meridian.Their properties and tastes are mainly warm, cold,peaceful, bitter, pungent and sweet. Conclusion Drugs for the treatment of thromboangiitis obliterans were based on the “blood stasis” pathogenesis, with promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis as the main treatment principle, which was supplemented by clearing heat, filling deficiency,warming, wind and spasmodic, pain relief, toxification of muscle, dryness, collaterals and other drugs.
