Abstract:
Objective Based on the method of network pharmacology, to explore the mechanism of Jiawei Dachengqi Decoction in the treatment of intestinal obstruction. Methods the main chemical components of traditional Chinese medicine in Jiawei Dachengqi Decoction were obtained by tcmsp, and the corresponding targets were collected; the disease targets of intestinal obstruction were from genecards, drugbank and home OMIM NCBI. Use the draw Venn diagrams tool to get the intersection gene. PPI analysis and enrichment analysis of go and KEGG pathway were carried out in combination with Cytoscape 3.7.1. Results a total of 121 active chemical components and 1478 drug targets were obtained in Jiawei Dachengqi Decoction, 147 disease targets were obtained by genecards, dragbank and home OMIM NCBI database, and 147 disease targets were obtained by draw Venn Through the analysis of PPI protein action network and network topology, EGFR (epidermal growth factor receptor) has a high degree of network connectivity; through the analysis of go enrichment, it is found that EGFR mainly participates in the response to nutrition level, the regulation of smooth muscle cell proliferation, smooth muscle cell proliferation and other biological processes; through the analysis of KEGG pathway enrichment, it is found that EGFR (epidermal growth factor receptor) has a high degree of network connectivity:it mainly involves PI3K Akt signal path, JAK-STAT signal path and HIF-1 signal path. Conclusion Jiawei Dachengqi decoction is a multi-target and multi-channel method for the treatment of intestinal obstruction. This study provides a basis for further study of its mechanism.
