Abstract:
Objective To study and analyze the effect of sanqi huoxue decoction combined with low molecular weight heparin calcium on D-dimer after total hip arthroplasty (THA). Methods From January 2016 to December 2018, 84 cases of patients who planned to receive THA in our hospital were included as study objects. They were divided into combined group and control group by random draw. The control group received lowmolecular weight heparin calcium prophylaxis intervention and the combined group added sanqi huoxue decoction intervention on the basis of the control group. The postoperative blood loss, drainage volume, changes in hip function before and after operation, changes in plasma D-dimer and coagulation level before and after operation, and the incidence of DVT were compared between the two groups. Results The blood loss during surgery and postoperative drainage volume in the combined group were lower than those in the control group (both P < 0.05). The Harris scores of the combined group and the control group were higher than those of the preoperative group 12 days after the operation, and the combined group was higher than the control group (both P < 0.05). The levels of plasma D-dimer and FIB in the combined group were lower than those in the control group, while the levels of PT were higher than those in the control group (both P < 0.05). The incidence of DVT in the combined group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Sanqi huoxue decoction combined with LMWH can significantly reduce the level of D-dimer after THA and promote the early recovery of patients, which has a significant effect of preventing DVT. It is worthy of clinical application.
