Clinical Observation of Painless Colonoscopy in the Treatment of Colon Polyps

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of painless colonoscopy in the treatment of colon polyp resection. Methods A retrospective study of 160 patients who underwent colonic polyp surgery in anorectal surgery from January 2016 to March 2018. They were randomly divided into observation group (painless colonoscopy group) and control group (conventional colonoscopy group), which 80 cases in each group. The patients in the two groups underwent microsurgical treatment. Postoperative sedation scores, pain scores, heart rate (HR) of preoperation or in the case of bronchoscopy to ileocecal or microscopic resection of polyps or postoperation as well as oxygen saturation (SPO2) were compared. Results There were significant differences in treatment time between the two groups (P <0.05). There were significant differences in postoperative sedation scores and pain scores between the two groups (P <0.05). There was no statistical difference in heart rate between the two groups (P >0.05). There was significant difference between the laparoscopic and ileocecal microscopic resection of polyps (P <0.05). The heart rate (HR) and oxygen saturation (SPO2) of the time when the mirror to the ileocecal under the microscope and the microscopic resection of polyps in the observation groups were lower than that of the control group, which was a significant difference (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the heart rate (HR) and oxygen saturation (SPO2) in the two groups after operation (P >0.05). Conclusion Painless colonoscopic polypectomy is safer, less time-consuming, more comfortable, more sedative and analgesic than normal colonoscopy.
