Abstract:
Objective To observe the effect of Lidanpaishi decoction on gallbladder contraction rate and plasma cholecystokinin (CCK) after cholecystolithotomy. Methods 118 patients undergoing gallstonepreserving operation were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Under the guidance of the same dietary nursing, the observation group was given Lidanpaishi decoction after operation, while the control group was not. One month, three months and half a year after operation, the CCK in plasma was measured by ELISA, and the gallbladder contraction rate was calculated by B-mode ultrasonography. The adverse reactions and the recurrence of stones in the course of oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine were counted. Results No stone recurrence occurred in both groups and no adverse reactions occurred in the course of oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine in the observation group. The levels of CCK in one month, three months and six months after operation in the two groups were higher than those before operation (P < 0.05). Compared with the control group at the same period, the levels of CCK in the observation group were significantly higher (P < 0.05). The contraction rate of gallbladder in the observation group was higher than that before operation in one month, three months and six months after operation (P < 0.05), while that in the control group was higher than that before operation in three months and six months after operation (P < 0.05). Contemporary comparison, the contraction rate of gallbladder in the observation group was higher than that in the control group in three months and six months after operation (P < 0.05).Conclusion Oral Lidanpaishi decoction may effectively improve CCK level and gallbladder contraction rate, enhance gallbladder contraction function and prevent the recurrence of gallbladder stones after cholecystolithotomy.
