Abstract:
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Traditional Chinese medicine assisted minimally invasive percutaneous endoscopic technique (PTED) in the treatment of lum bar disc herniatien and the changes of high sensitivity C-reaction protein (hs-CRP), creatine phosphate kinase (CPK) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) of plasma factor. Methods 72 cases of lum bar disc herniatienin in our hospital during February 2014 to June 2017 were randomly divided into 2 groups. 36 cases of conventional group were received vertebral lamina fenestration surgery and 36 cases in the study group were received minimally invasive percutaneous endoscopic surgery. The patients in both groups began to take Duhuo Jisheng decoction 3 days after operation. The data of hs-CRP, CPK, IL-6 of two groups were recorded preoperative and postoperative 3,6,12,24 and 48h respectively and they were compared with intraoperative blood loss, length of stay and wound size. Results The intraoperative blood loss (6.7±3.4)mL in the study group was signi?cantly lower than that in the conventional group (82.6±16.5) mL, which the difference was statistically signi?cant (t=28.136, P<0.05). The length of stay of the study group (2.4±0.6)d was signi?cantly shorter than that of the conventional group (5.7±1.4)d, which the difference was statistically signi?cant (P<0.05). The wound size (0.5±0.1)cm in the study group was signi?cantly smaller than that of the conventional group (5±1.3)cm (P<0.05). 3 hours after surgery, the serum level of IL-6 and CPK in the conventional group were signi?cantly increased, while the study group were elevated after 6 hours (P<0.05). The level of serum hs-CRP in the conventional group was higher than that of the study group and it signi?cantly increased 6 hours after surgery, while the study group increased after 12 hours, and both of them were peaked after 24 hours (P<0.05). Conclusion Traditional Chinese Medicine Duhuo Jisheng decoction which assisted PTED treatment can achieve the same effect as vertebral lamina fenestration surgery with low damages.
