Research of Component-Target Network Pharmacology of New Prescription Treating Superficial Thrombophlebitis

Abstract:
Objective To predict the mechanism in new prescription treating super?cial thrombophlebitis (STP) based on the method of data mining and network pharmacology. Methods The targets of STP were screened out by retrieving DisGeNET, GeneCards and OMIM. TCMSP database was used to excavate the active components of the drugs in new prescription and predict their targets. The Cytoscape was used to construct the “component-target-pathway-disease” network for the treatment of STP. The protein-protein interaction network was constructed by STRING database and the enrichment analysis of biological function annotation and pathways of the key targets were carried out. Results Seventy-nine active components of the drugs in new prescription may treat STP by acting on 101 targets and involving 121 pathways.
