Experimental Study of Different Doses of Longxueshengji Thermo-sensitive Gel on Healing of Denervated

Abstract:
Objective The aim of this study was to observe the effect of different doses of Longxueshengji thermo-sensitive gelon the healing of denervated wounds in rats and to determine the optimal dose. Methods Eighty healthy SD rats were established modeling of denervated wounds. They were randomly divided into 4 groups: high-dose group, medium-dose group, low-dose group and control group respectively. The high, middle and low dose groups were respectively dosed the Longxueshengji thermo-sensitive gel. The control group were treated with Vaseline gauze externally to observe the general condition of wound healing. The time required for wound healing and its healing rate were calculated. Results Those wounds were good, no obvious signs of redness, inflammation and necrosis. The wound healing time and rate were similar, and the high dose group and the middle dose group were similar, which were faster than those of the low dose group and the control group (P <0.05). The low-dose group healed faster than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The Longxueshengji thermo-sensitive gel has a healing effect on the enervated wound and the middle dose was the best one.
