Clinical Observation of Late Pregnancy combined with Acute Simple Appendicitis Treated by Nursing of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

Abstract:
Objective To discuss the clinical effects of late pregnancy combined with acute simple appendicitis treated by nursing of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods 31 late pregnancy patients combined with acute simple appendicitis were treated by conservative treatment of integrated Chinese and western medicine in our hospitalfrom September 2017 to December 2018. They were selected as research objects.The patients were randomly divided into two groups according to random number table. One was Integrated Chinese and western medicine nursing group (16 cases), which referred to as ICWM nursing group.The other was routine nursing group (15 cases) andit also named the control group, which took routine nursing measures.The observation group (ICWM nursing group)took Integrated Chinese and western medicine nursing measures. The clinical efficacy between the two groups was compared. Results Thepsychological states, physical condition of newborn, clinical effects in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Integrated Chinese and western medicine nursing measures had a good clinical effect on the late pregnancy patients combined with acute appendicitis, which can reduce and avoid the attack and trauma caused by acute appendicitis in pregnant women.
