Analysis of the Effect of Combination of Chinese and Western Medicine Nursing on the Patients with Severe Acute Pancreatitis in the Acute Response Period of Spleen Stomach Damp Heat Type

Abstract:
Objective To analyze the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing measures on patients with severe acute pancreatitis with spleen and stomach dampness-heat type in acute response stage. Methods A total of 160 patients with severe acute pancreatitis with spleen and stomach dampness-heat type in acute response period who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to March 2019 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided intoobservation group and control group according to the principle of random grouping. Each group consisted of 80 patients, who were treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing measures and conventional western medicine nursing measures respectively. The effects of the two nursing measures were analyzed. Results According to the analysis of the data in this study, the observation group had a shorter abdomen pain time, abdomen distension time, abdomen tenderness disappearance time and recovery time compared with the control group (P <0.05) and the incidence of complications was lower (P <0.05).Meanwhile, various biochemical indicators, health status scores and mental status scores of the observation group were better (P <0.05)and its patients’ satisfaction with nursing services was higher (P <0.05).Conclusion To provide patients who are severe acute pancreatitis of spleen-stomach damp-heat type in the acute reaction period with integrated Chinese and western medicine nursing intervention. It can obtain very ideal nursing effect and speed up the recovery rate, which can be widely used in clinical work.
