Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery combined with endoscopic discectomy for lumbar disc herniation. Methods 86 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019. According to the computer digital table method, they were randomly divided into two groups, which 43 cases in each group. The control group was treated by endoscopic discectomy. The experimental group was treated with rapid rehabilitation surgery combined with endoscopic discectomy. The efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results The incidence of complications in the experimental group (4.65%) was lower than that in the control group (18.60%), with statistical significance (P <0.05). The time of going out of bed in the experimental group and the length of hospital stay were shorter than those in the control group. The pain score at 7 days after operation was lower than that in the control group, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Three months after operation, the Oswestry dysfunction index questionnaire score was lower in the experimental group than that in the control group. The Japanese orthopedic association evaluated the treatment score was higher than that in the control group, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion The concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery combined with endoscopic discectomy for lumbar disc herniation can reduce complications, shorten postoperative recovery time and promote the effective rehabilitation of patients.
