复方苦参注射液联合化疗对结直肠癌患者术后营养状况、免疫功能、炎性因子水平及生活质量的影响

摘要:

目的:探讨复方苦参注射液联合化疗对结直肠癌术后患者免疫功能改善的影响。方法:将我院收治的136 例大肠癌术后患者随机分为对照组和观察组各68 例，对照组使用Xelox 化疗方案治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上联合应用复方苦参注射液，比较两组患者的术后营养状况，观察多种免疫功能指标T 淋巴细胞亚群、补体C3、C4 等水平变化，监测血清中表皮生长因子(EGF)、胰岛素样生长因子1(IGF-1)、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)水平；通过EORTC 制定的QLQ-C30 调查表评价两组患者术后的生活质量。结果:两组患者在术后1 天的营养指标、免疫功能及生活质量无显著差异(P ＞ 0.05)；术后7 天，观察组患者血清中大部分营养指标水平明显高于术后1 天及对照组患者(P ＜ 0.05)；免疫功能血清指标CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、IgG 等水平与对照组相比明显增加；血清EGF、IGF-1、IL-17 水平较对照组显著降低(P ＜ 0.05)；观察组患者的生活质量评分显著高于对照组(P ＜ 0.05)。结论:复方苦参注射液联合化疗利于改善患者的营养状况，增强CRC 术后患者的机体免疫水平, 显著提高患者的生存质量，其起效机制可能在于通过抑制血清中EGF、IGF-1、IL-17 水平而抑制

Abstract:

Objective　To investigate the Influence of nutritional status, immune function, inflammatory factor level and quality of life improvement for treating postoperative patients with colorectal cancer with compound bitter ginseng injection, apatinib combined with chemotherapy.　Methods　136 patients were randomly divided into a control group of 68 cases and an observation group of 68cases.
