Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the value of high-b-value diffusion weighted imaging (DWI) and surface diffusion coefficient (ADC) in the differential diagnosis of prostate cancer and prostatitis. Methods Retrospective analysis the final confirmeddiagnosis of 21 cases of prostate cancer (25 lesions) and 20 patients with prostatitis (28 lesions) by surgery, biopsypathology or follow-up from April 2018 to September 2019. All cases underwent MRI DWI before surgery or puncture. The b values of 1000, 2000 and 3000 s/mm2 were selected to observe the qualitative diagnostic accuracy of DWI and ADC values of different b values for prostate cancer and prostatitis. Chi-square and t-test methods were used to analyze whether DWI or ADC values with different b values were
