Feasibility and Effectiveness of Ultrasound-guided Percutaneous Biopsy in Diagnosis of Breast Space-occupying Lesions

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the feasibility and effectiveness of ultrasound-guided percutaneous biopsy in the diagnosis of breast occupying lesions. Methods A total of 102 patients with breast lesions admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to November 2018 were enrolled. Ultrasound-guided percutaneous biopsy and ultrasound biopsy were performed. The pathological diagnosis was used as a reference. To analyze the diagnostic value of ultrasound diagnosis of breast lesions and ultrasound percutaneous biopsy of breast lesions, and to compare the value of ultrasound biopsy diagnosis and ultrasound guidance diagnosis of breast occupying lesions. Results There was no signi?cant difference between ultrasound diagnosis and pathological diagnosis (P>0.05). There was no significant difference between ultrasound-guided biopsy diagnosis and pathological diagnosis (P>0.05). There were signi?cant differences in sensitivity, speci?city, compliance rate, missed diagnosis rate and misdiagnosis rate (P<0.05) in ultrasound biopsy diagnosis and breast-based lesions guided by ultrasound.
