Nursing Intervention Report in Process of Contrast Enhanced CT Scan

Abstract:
Objective To explore the effective nursing experience in the process of contrast enhanced CT scan. Methods The data of 1230 cases of contrast enhanced CT scan in our hospital from October to December, 2018 were collected. The preparation before the scanning, the close observation during the injection of contrast agent during the scanning and the nursing after the scanning were analyzed. Results Of 1230 patients, 2 patients had extravasation of contrast agent, and 1228 patients had completed contrast enhanced CT scan successfully. All the patients had no adverse reactions, and the image quality achieved the satisfactory effect for image diagnosis. Conclusion Good nursing intervention in contrast enhanced CT scan can help to obtain the high quality image of CT scan to ensure the accuracy of diagnosis.
