Application of Cold Incision in Postoperative Pain Nursing for Patients with Acne

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of cold incision on postoperative pain nursing in patients with acne. Methods A total of 200 patients with hemorrhoid surgery admitted to our hospital from November 2016 to November 2017 were enrolled. The patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table, 100 cases in each group. In the control group, the cold incision was not used after cold pack, and the incision was performed after cold pack application in the observation group. The pain level, negative emotional changes and nursing satisfaction at 6, 12 and 36 h were compared between the two groups. Results The VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 6, 12 and 36 h after operation (P<0.05). The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 6, 12 and 36 h after operation. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Ice bag cold compress after hemorrhoids operation can obviously relieve the pain of incision, alleviate negative emotions and improve the satisfaction of nursing.
