Clinical Effect Analysis on Spinal Fixed Point Rotation Reduction Combined with Needle-knife Release in Treatment of Lumbar Facet Joint Disorders

Abstract:
Objective To compare the clinical effects of two treatment methods for lumbar facet joint disorders, spinal fixed point rotation reduction combined with small needle-knife release and single spinal fixed point rotation. Methods Totally 78 patents were divided into 2 groups according to the study of matching and matching design method, such as group of spinal fixed point rotation reduction combined with small needleknife release (manipulative+needle-knife therapies group, n=42) and group of single spinal fixed point rotation (manipulative therapies group, n=36), respectively, which aimed to compare the changes in the values of tenderness, ODI and pathological displacement of the responsible vertebral body before and after treatment, meanwhile conduct to statistical analysis between groups and within groups. Results The total effective rate (95.23%) and treatment times per capita (1.85 times) of manipulative+needle-knife therapies group were significantly improved compared with the total effective rate (83.33%) and treatment times per capita (2.77 times) of the manipulative therapies group (P<0.05). The values of tenderness, ODI score and responsible vertebral pathological displacement were significantly improved after treatment between the two groups compared with those before treatment (P<0.05). After treatment, the manipulative+needle-knife therapies group was significantly superior to the manipulative therapies group (P<0.05). Conclusion The manipulative+needle-knife therapies group was more effective than the manipulative therapies group in relieving lumbar pain, improving responsible vertebral position and improving lumbar function, and the treatment cycle was significantly shortened.
