Change Observation of IL-4, IL-10, CD3+, CD4+ and CD8+ of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Patients with Gallstone—Qizhulidan Xiaoshi Decoction Combined with Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

Abstract:
Objective To study the influence of IL-4, IL-10, CD3+, CD4+ and CD8+ of Qizhulidan Xiaoshi Decoction (QXD) combined with laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) in the treatment of patients with cholecystitis and gallstone. Methods Totally 126 cases of cholecystitis and cholelithiasis treated in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were studied. The patients were divided into observation group (n = 63) and control group (n = 63) according to random number table method. The patients in two groups were treated with LC. The patients in observation group were treated with QXD on this basis, and the indexes related to operation and immune index, inflammatory factors, and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The hospitalization time, time of anal exhaust and time of getting out of bed in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of CD3+, CD4+ and CD8+ in the two groups were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-4 and IL-10 in the two groups were significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion QXD combined with LC has a better curative effect on cholecystitis and gallstone patients, and can obviously improve the immune function and inflammatory state of the patients, and the safety is also higher, which is worth of popularizing.
