Abstract:
Objective To systematically evaluate the diagnostic value of miR- 183 family in hepatoma carcinoma. Methods The computer was used to search the document about the expression of microRNA-183 family (including miR- 182 , miR- 96 and miR- 183 ) in hepatocellular carcinoma (tissue or circulatory system) from WanFang data, China Biological Medical Service System, CNKI, PubMed, Medline, Embase and Cochrane Clinical Trials Database from January 2010 to December 2016 . The pooled sensitivity, specificity, positive likelihood ratio, negative likelihood ratio, diagnostic odds ratio and area of SROC were analyzed. Results Six relative articles were finally found, and three indicators different mir- 183 family members or sources were analyzed. The hepatoma carcinoma patients was 497 cases and the controls was 736 cases. Because of the heterogeneity between the studies, a random effect model was used to merge the studies. The pooled sensitivity, speci?city, positive likelihood ratio, negative likelihood ratio, diagnostic odds ratio and area of SROC were 0.76 (0.70,0.84), 0.83 (0.79,0.87), 4.64 (3.6,5.97), 0.27 (0.20,0.36), 17.22 (11.12,26.67) and 0.88 (0.85,0.90), respectively.
