Abstract:
Objective To retrospectively analyze the disease spectrum, diagnosis and prognosis of acute abdomen in our hospital in recent years, and summarize the disease spectrum and treatment experience of acute abdomen. Methods The clinical data of 1979 patients with acute abdomen admitted and treated in Binhai Hospital of Tianjin Medical University General Hospital from March 2016 to March 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. Results The types of acute abdomen were: acute appendicitis, biliary tract disease, acute intestinal obstruction, acute pancreatitis, gynecological emergency,digestive tract perforation, urinary calculi, abdominal trauma, others (gastric retention and undiagnosed abdominal pain). Treatment status: among the 1979 patients with acute abdomen,1141 cases (57.7%) received conservative treatment, 74 cases of which received integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine; 838 cases (42.3%) received surgical treatment, including 349 cases of laparoscopic surgery and 489 cases of laparotomy. Conclusion The clinical manifestation of acute abdomen is characterized by diversity, acute onset, rapid diagnosis and rational treatment can promote the rapid recovery of the disease and improve the cure rate.
