Application of Danggui Sini Decoction in Repair of Hand Tissue Defect with Free Skin Flaps

Abstract:
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Danggui Sini Decoction (DSD) on the repair of hand tissue defects in free skin ?ap. Methods Sixty patients with hand tissue defect were randomly divided into two groups, 30 patients in each group, and the patients in control group were treated with traditional anti- in?ammatory, anticoagulant and anticonvulsive therapy after free skin ?ap repair. In addition to the traditional treatment, the patients in observation group were given combination with DSD for 7d after operation. The repair of skin ?aps of two groups was compared by survival rate and superior rate. The measurement data were compared by the t-test of two samples. The counting data were compared by chi-square test or Fisher exact probability method. The rank data were compared by Wilcoxon rank sum test. Results In the observation group, there were excellent 14 cases, good 9 cases, medium 7 cases, and poor 0 case, with superior rate of 77% and survival rate of 100%. In the control group, there were excellent 8 cases, good 7 cases, medium 14 cases and poor 1 case, the superior rate was 50%, and the survival rate was 97%. There were statistically signi?cant differences between the two groups in terms of superior rates, and the observation group was superior to the control group (P=0.032). In terms of survival rate, no statistical difference was found between the two groups (P=0.500). Conclusion In free ?ap in repairing tissue defect postoperative, DSD can effectively enhance the survival rate of ?ap and obtain satisfactory therapeutic effect.
