The patients in control group were given normal joint looseness and acupuncture treatment, and the patients in Canggui group were given normal joint looseness and Canggui Tanxue acupuncture treatment. The pain visual analog pain score (VAS), shoulder joint function item (ROM), ability to daily life (ADL) in Constant-Murley shoulder function score (CM), and curative effect were compared between the two groups. Results The VAS scores [(0.63±0.10) and (1.01±0.16)] in Canggui group and control group after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment [( 3 . 20 ± 0.44) and ( 3 . 17 ± 0 . 42 )], the VAS score in pale turtle group after treatment was significantly lower than that in control group, the ROM and ADL scores [(32.47±3.43), (16.04±1.61) and (27.67±3.01), (13.72±1.43)] in Canggui group and control group after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment [(12.14±4.73), (5.68±0.60) and (12.27±4.81), (5.74±0.61)], the ROM and ADL scores in Canggui group after treatment were signi?cantly higher than those in control group, the difference was statistically signi?cant (P<0.05). The therapeutic response rate in Canggui group was 94.00%, which was signi?cantly higher than that in control group (80.00%), the difference was statistically signi?cant (P<0.05). Conclusion Canggui Tanxue acupuncture treatment can effectively improve the pain symptoms and shoulder function of patients with shoulder arthritis, it is helpful to improve the therapeutic effect and quality of life of patients, and it is worthy for further clinical promotion.
